Hyundai Elantra HD: Overhead Console Lamp. Repair procedures
Removal

Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

| 2. |
Remove 2 screws after removing the lens by using
a removal tool.

| 3. |
Disconnect the sunroof switch connector and lamp
connector (C) and then remove the overhead console (A) lamp (B).

Installation
| 1. |
Install the overhead console lamp after connecting
the sunroof switch connector and lamp connector.
|
| 2. |
Install the lens after tightening 2 screws.
|
Inspection
Remove the overhead console lamp assembly then check for
continuity between terminals. If the continuity is not as specified, replace
the map lamp switch.
